Savage Babe

LIz Ribaudo grew up in central Illinois, lived in Chicago suburbs after graduating college for 5 years. Moved to the Florida panhandle in June of 2016 with her husband. No kids yet, but they have a fur baby Toby. Full time, she is a third grade teacher and also owns a gym (Fortis Fitness Studio) with her husband. Shes new to competing in powerlifting and last year, she got her NASM-CPT and has been doing personal training part time. In this episode Liz lets us into her childhood which shaped her fitness career later in life and takes us step by step on how she got to where shes at now. Liz gives us tips on making priorities, switching your mindset and making time for things that matter. She is a true inspiration for all.
