In the Bible there is a difficult but true to life concept - Blessing follows obedience, not the other way around. While we may want things to work a different way, the sooner we come to grips with this principle, the better our relationship with God can get. God has called us to obey in so many ways and if we can take that step FIRST, we will watch the blessings begin to flow.
