Well Said has invited Dr. Bruce Hirsch, Specialist in Infectious Disease, Geriatric Medicine, and Internal Medicine at Northwell Health, and Assistant Professor at the Donald and Barbara Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/Northwell to discuss the normal complement of bacteria and viruses in and on our bodies, which is sometimes referred to as “the microbiome.”
