Musician Dave Alvin formerly of the Blasters & X delivers an onslaught of fascinating tales to the CWMD microphones. He tells a great and hilarious tale of the Blasters opening for queen, managing Big Joe Turner when he was a kid and sneaking into honky-tonks and blues clubs when he was twelve.
