In this episode i speak about Hours Worked and about the course and effect in a consultancy agency and how its been effected with covid-19, thoughts have been estimated within the industry are that there will be a 14% growth.  I discuss the standards of hours being worked currently and the hours that are being worked in the industry such as estimated hours that some major company's are saying should be worked.
