Dr. Denny Taylor is a scholar, author, and activist who introduced the concept of of Family Literacy. Taylor recently gave the Literacy Quebec network a webinar via Zoom called "Family Literacy in the Time of Covid-19 and other Risks to Children and their Families" which brought together community organizers, front line workers, as well as literacy practitioners and educators to gain a better understanding of the concept of Family Literacy.
