MM536- Get Stretching into Your Life Once I made the decision to go on a mission to aggressively seek myself and my passion again, I knew I had to do things that made me feel physically good. Things that would prevent later excuses, like aches and pains. Things that would engage my body. Things that would prepare my body for further physical engagement. “Tech neck” is a real issue, and many of us have it from looking down at our phones and computers. And as a teacher, writer, and social media presence, this was a problem for me. I had recently spent three days a week, two hours a day, for twelve weeks at a holistic therapy center where they helped me regain strength and flexibility in my neck, shoulders, and hips.
