Sinopse

Welcome to the Anthology series. In this series, we seek to highlight artistes who have released a large bevy of music over a considerable period of time that has blessed the nations far and wide. We firmly believe in giving honour to whom honour is due. It takes a lot to put out music that is of good quality on a consistent basis, so we definitely don’t take that process lightly. Next on our list is incandescent lyricist and freestyler, Farenite (@farenitefire). Samuel Selkridge aka 'Farenite' was born in the beautiful twin island republic of Trinidad and Tobago to parents Hussain Benjamin and Beverlyn Selkridge in the borough of Chaguanas. Described as a quiet child, he always had a thing for rhyming as he would often rhyme simple words like cat, mat, fat and rat, seeking to impress his mother. Growing up in a Christian home, it is while attending St. George’s College during his secondary school years he began writing poetry which developed into ‘freestyling’ while classmates would make beats on tables
