A self-help author recently made some problematic posts, and my thoughts on the controversy was the most requested topic this week. In full disclosure: in this episode I neither mention her name, nor analyze her posts. This conversation isn’t about her as I’m far less interested in the missteps of individuals than the bigger picture of how we want to act and react ourselves in and around these situations. What does it look like to lead and love, with elegance and excellence? There are big questions in this episode.
