In this interview with Simone Buhner BA BSc LicAc Dip CHM Acupuncturist, Chinese Medicine Practitioner,  we explore how she helps people who attend her clinics to take charge of their own health and make the changes they need to find real health and wellness.  Simone like many natural health care practitioners today believes that pharmaceutical medication should be the last resort and  if we recognise  a decline in our health, however small, we should act on it and she is there for her patients to help and support them through change which will bring on self healing .
