On May 17th, Said El Bouazzaoui  was chatting with an undercover officer posing as a 13 year old girl using a social media application. Police say Bouazzaoui talked about the sexual things he wanted to do with the 13 year old and offer money for the sex.  El Bouazzaoui set up a rendezvous and was arrested by deputies with the Davis County Sheriff's Office when he arrived. El Bouazzaoui admitted to conversing with the undercover officer posing as a minor, and that conversation was found on his phone. Police also say there was other conversations on his phone with other possible victims. El Bouazzaoui is a trucker based in Pennsylvania who travels all 48 states on a weekly basis.
