In this episode, I discuss 10 Ways to Build Resilience in your life.  Resilience is your ability to bounce back after difficulty.  After having suffered three major losses in 2019 - a divorce finalized in March, my spiritual mother passing away in May and my own mother passing away in June, I am glad to have my spiritual practice of P.R.E.S.S. in my toolbox.  P.R.E.S.S. stands for perseverance, resilience, endurance, submission and supplication and is a call to action and a call for action when you want to give up, give in or give out.  I have found it to be critical in living a lifestyle of forgiveness.  Practicing this on a continual basis has not only caused me to bounce back, but I am thriving and happy and experiencing the joy of The Lord!
