On October 1, 2013, Jillanne Pagano abducted her 3 month old daughter, Lillianna, from Rocheport, MO. Lillianna’s parents, Tyler and Jillanne, had a falling out shortly after young Lillianna was born. One day, Tyler received a text message stating that Jillanne and Lillianna were going out of state. When he inquired further as to where they were going and for how long he received no answer.
