Heidi loves her worms and could spend hours with them. Heidi's worms live in her laundry room in double aerated Sterlite bins. They are part of a type of compost called Vermicompost which is a fancy word for worm composting which is necessary for restoring nutrients back to our soil. In this episode, I talk with Heidi about the importance of worms and how they effect our soil. As well as how to start your own Vermicompost bin.
