Our culture teaches us to focus on pursuing happiness. Most of our cultural models, especially in the world of business, communicate that we must work hard and achieve (or at least attempt to) great success in our world so we’ll be able to both have and experience long-term happiness. Focusing on choosing and experience joy (especially in your vocation or business life) is different, and we believe, a more powerful option.
