Moten Jr. discussed the importance of having faith and hope during difficult times.  He suggests that we put work behind our faith.  Taking action is a sure way to change your life.  Dr. Moten lost his job, yet he continued to press through.  He worked part-time jobs, continued his education, and discovered the value of multiple streams of income in order to provide for his family.
