In this episode Sohee and Layne interview new IFBB Bikini Pro Laurin Conlin. Laurin is only 22 but won the overall at NPC Nationals to obtain her pro card. She also holds a BS in Exercise Science from Florida State University and is pursuing her Masters in Exercise Science at the University of South Florida studying under Dr. Bill Campbell. She discusses her career and her research as well as how she got into competing and how she approaches nutrition and training.
