In football, Chas learned the value of a coach in making his playbook make sense and taking him to greater successes. In his business life, he actively seeks coaches who help him improve his footwork as an entrepreneur. Chas emphasizes his listeners' need to find a qualified coach who sees the value in coaching them, and challenges his listeners to make a list of 3-5 potential coaches in their own lives.  It all comes down to this question: "Are you open to some feedback?"
