The debut episode of How Are You Thinking About? With Igor kicks off with Dan Sterling, Igor's boss. Dan is a comedy writer with some real kick ass credits: He was the first writer hired on South Park, then he wrote and produced on King of the Hill, The Daily Show, The Office, and Girls. He was the Showrunner of the Sarah Silverman Programme, and most recently he wrote the film "The Interview", starring Seth Rogen and James Franco and the anger of the nation of North Korea.  Dan and Igor discuss "making it", anxiety, balancing work with life, how to succeed in the Writers Room, and more.
