Alive & Awakening

Too often we dislike or go as far as saying I hate this or that. We don't give a lot of thought to what hate really is. Hate is the ignorance of emotion. The definition of hate when relating to emotion is "a strong aversion towards something". To simplify this is to say "keep it out of my bubble" the problem with this is emotion doesn't come from outside your body. It comes from inside your body. So you can't get away from it.
