Balancing Water

On this week's episode of Balancing Water, Balance (Arielle) and Water(Alicia)discussed doing business with family and/or friends. Alicia provided an update on the renovations of her shop and how the initial finish date has been pushed back a week and partially due to the a contractor hired being family. They discussed the cons with doing business with family, the struggles with family taking advantage of time and the high expectations compensation when the business reaches success. Though there are some positive success stories with working with family, the horror stories from the bad family business situations has tainted both Arielle and Alicia's thoughts.
