Dr. Richard Wilk is an Anthropologist, Distinguished Professor and Provost's Professor Emeritus at Indiana University, where he Co-Founded the PhD program in Food Anthropology. His publications include 150+ papers and book chapters, he has taught and worked with organizations around the world, even testifying in several important Indian land tenure cases in the Belize Supreme Court.
