The 2020 and 2018 Houston Texans are tethered together. The 2020 Houston Texans, like the 2018 Houston Texans, have started the season 0-3. In 2018, the Texans lost to New England, the Blaine Gabbert led fake punt touchdown passing Tennessee Titans, and the Eli Manning-Odell Beckham Jr. combination. They then proceeded to win nine straight games, and the AFC South, until losing at home to the Colts in the Wildcard round of the NFL playoffs. This version of the Houston Texans have their crowbar ready, and are trying to claw themselves out of the same crypt.
