For the youths March 13th is about taking shirt offs and making the pilgrimage to those sinful destinations down south. For NFL fans this time of year is about free agency, contracts, bonuses, and dead money. But before that, teams have to evaluate internally, decide how they want to clear cap space, and which unrestricted free agents they want to keep around.
