It’s the last week of the 2019 NFL regular season. These are the last games of the decade. A few years ago a read a book this time of year called Young Once. It was a french novel about a man revisiting the set of circumstances he met his wife in. It was ok. The title was better than the book itself. Yet, whenever nice round numbers of time come to an end, I can see and hear the title in my head. Young Once. Ahh, yes, that was us this past summer and now it has all come to an end. Young Once.
