McNair is a highly sought after public speaker and author of Hatch!: Brainstorming Secrets of a Theme Park Designer, which has remained on Amazon's Top 10 lists for both "brainstorming" and "theme parks." During his career with Disney, McNair created live shows and attractions for Disney theme parks and resorts worldwide. He was on the concept/design teams for five new Disney parks and lead the team the dreamt up the enormously popular TOWER OF TERROR. He invented and launched the “Streetmosphere” characters for Disney Hollywood Studios and coined the word Downtown Disney.
