We traveled to Vegas to compete in the Pylon 7v7 Football National Tournament. The tournament was a tremendous learning experience, as our record showed 0 wins and 4 losses. Some of the things that held us back were: Distractions, Low Commitment Level , & Stage Fright... Try these 10 tips to reduce your Stage Fright: 1) Shift the focus from yourself and your fear to your true purpose—contributing something of value to your team. 2) Stop scaring yourself with thoughts about what might go wrong.
