Pastor Eric Hill discusses how American society is trying to redefine God into their image of what God should be. He shows that the biblical God and the "Made in America" god are contradictory and in opposition to one another. Some points that are discussed: God explicitly declared that humanity is in a condition that is unacceptable to Him. God revealed His merciful intentions to save fallen humanity from their cursed condition at the same time He declared judgment. God revealed to the prophet Isaiah that He would send a Savior who would be born of a virgin, and this Child-Savior would be called Immanuel, which means God with us. God revealed to the prophet Isaiah that a child would be given who would carry the government on His shoulders. This Child-Savior was given to us in the New Testament.
