Pastor Eric Hill discusses how American society is trying to redefine God into their image of what God should be. He shows that the biblical God and the "Made in America" god are contradictory and in opposition to one another. Some points that are discussed: There is such a thing as absolute right and absolute wrong. There is such a thing as punishment for what God considers sin. The record from Genesis 1:1 through Malachi 4:6 is one of God's dealings with humanity until the birth of Christ in the books of Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John. God revealed His merciful intentions to save fallen humanity from their cursed condition at the same time He declared judgment. God revealed to the prophet Isaiah that He would send a Savior who would be born of a virgin, and this Child-Savior would be called Immanuel, which means God with us.
