What do I have the most anxiety around and how can I create an action plan to help me move forward? We overwhelm and freak out when we don't have a plan.  During December and January, it was cold out, so I wasn't going outside as much. I remember sitting at home all day in my head thinking about all the things I needed to do but didn't have a plan. And this is paralyzing!  Because I was going through so many different, usually worst-case scenarios, in my head I was overwhelmed and unable to take any action. This is what you need to do… Get into action- when you're in action you're out of your head and you start to really feel good about the progress and the momentum that is moving you forward. I speak a lot about energy and the law of attraction and once you start to raise your vibration you easily attract that is what you desire, It's no longer a struggle.
