"Kids should be seen and not heard"... But we beg to differ. In fact, we would go so far as to say that it is the very fact that young people often lack a voice, visibility and value amongst their community that we encounter more problematic issues with this very age demographic. In this episode we talk about youth visibility, how young people are perceived, what cliches and stigmas are attached to young people, what the value is in revisiting our ideas and assumptions of young people and most importantly how we begin to starting to make positive changes in this regard.
