You have two choices when you're starting to negotiate with another agent.You can either create a great relationship and make sure it's a great negotiation, or fight through every step of the way. If you stay in the business, you're going to work with these agents again, so create a relationship of respect from the start. It's in your best interest and that of your clients to go for a mutual win and get your client to the closing table with little to no issues. Trying to dominate 100% and crush the other side will hurt you in the long run.  If you get into a fight despite your best efforts, make sure you leverage your broker (or get a new one if needed) to make sure everyone sticks to the deal and doesn't get too emotional.  Have questions for the team? info@realestateontherocks.com
