Pro-ISIS group threatens Paris with new terror attacks. On their poster, they raise a threatening question: Will police protect you from the wolves of the Islamic State? But this question is not only threatening. It is an important one. The answer is “no”. Until now we didn’t elaborate a strategy to counter lonely-wolf terrorism and terrorism itself. Pompous declarations «We killed bin Laden. We have defeated Al Qaeda”, “We liberated Mosul and Raqqa. We have defeated ISIS” have already proved to be nothing, but attempts to hide the real impotence to eradicate terrorism. Until now the international community has not elaborate an adequate approach to defeat terrorism and its ideology.
