Chris Anstey didn’t start playing basketball until he was aged 17 and then in his first match filling in on his brother’s team, scored 52 points in one game not knowing that there were 2 scouts in the crowd. And the rest is history...   Despite all of the accolades and championships that he’s won as a baller, what some people won’t know about Chris Anstey is that prior to basketball, his first love in sport was tennis - a promising young Australian tennis player, Chris peaked as the #2 ranked junior in Australia of his age-group at aged 15, played with The Scud AKA Mark Philippoussis and was doubles partners with champion AFL footballer Dustin Fletcher.   Blessed to be welcom
