With the 2016 USDGC quickly approaching, some of the top names in disc golf are making their trip to Charlotte. Two of those players, Avery Jenkins and Eagle Wynn McMahon of Team Discmania, stopped by to sit in for Episode 54. Avery, the 2009 World Champion, and Eagle, who is in his second year on tour, are at opposite ends of their careers, which gave this interview a very dynamic feel. Avery told us the story of his win in 2009 in a playoff with Josh Anthon, gave us the scoop on Discmania's new player combine and even answered the question of whether or not he was going to retire at the end of the year. Eagle talked about transitioning to life on the road, what it was like meeting his disc golf idols and whether or not he plans to go to college or commit to professional disc golf full time.
