Well! Christmas is nearly upon us, although here in Oz with summer only a few weeks away, it’s not the same for Mick, having fond memories of time spent in the UK with family & friends. You can call him a humbug, but there’s always some musician or label in our genre who must bring out a yuletide record, for him it just doesn’t work. You will be pleased or not, to note our lineup, as it is always been, to cover as much ground in so many different styles in electronic music, disregarding the more modern approach of house, techno, DJ, mixes, drum & bass, etc. After the strong showing of female artists in our last edition, it’s back with the boys, although Elizabeth Joan Kelly returns with her experimental songs. The ambient side, dark & atmospheric is quite dominant with, Eric -The -Taylor, Marconi Union, Phobos, Steve Roach & RNGMNN. Always good to have two of our well respected UK musicians here, Ian Boddy with Nigel Mullaney, improvising live with modular gear & the sheer diversity that Ivan Black brings t
