Kristi Lee Uninterrupted

You may know him from The Late Show with David Letterman where Bill Scheft served as a writer for 24 years. However, there is much more to this brilliant former stand up comedian. I spoke with Bill recently via Skype from his home in NYC and we had a lot to catch up on. Since his last visit on The Bob and Tom Show Bill had lost his job following Letterman’s retirement. An even bigger blow was dealt when his wife, a pioneering figure amongst female comics, Adrianne Tolsch died after a long illness. We start the show talking about these two important topics. And not without a few laughs even when the subject is far from funny. Dealing with grief is such an individual process and Bill is gracious enough to share how he is coping. I can give you a hint.
