Last week I found myself exploring several districts in Paris looking for street art and good eats. As I challenge to get a different flavor of the city I decided to skip the cabs and walk or take the metro to everywhere I wanted to go. In doing that I covered a lot of ground fairly quick. One day as I was transferring from train to train and I walked by Marvin Parks in one of the tunnels. He was holding what looked like a record cover of himself and I just walked over to ask if he was a singer and he said  yes. I asked if he’d be down to share his story for podcast and he said yes. So that being said, Marvin and I are standing in the middle of a busy passageway in the metro or the subway during rush hour. It’s pretty noisy down there but we got it done.
