I got a copy of her book by accident a few months ago and read it all over one weekend. I was hooked from the get-go, and it’s taken my own digital health practices to the next level. In this episode, we discuss why everyone should live a life of 24/6, which is effectively unplugging from all screens one day a week, and what the life changing benefits are from this practice. We also discuss practicalities of the day, how to do it as a family, tech use for children, and how to manage your digital health the other six days of the week.
