Dan Schoenbaechler has held various sales positions before getting into commercial real estate in 2008. Having focused on residential sales since 2013, he has closed over $65 million of transactions during that time, ranging from renters and first-time home buyers to experienced investor sales. His knowledge and experience in the brokerage side of the business is what helps identify & close good opportunities for his investors. In the past couple of years, Dan has also paired his multifamily investment experience with his network of investors to launch Schoen Capital. He has been a General Partner on 5 separate acquisitions totaling 892 units for $116.4 million within the first 12 months of being in business. Schoen Capital continues to focus on value-add multi-family as well as a couple other asset classes to help grow their investor’s wealth.
