This led him to learning the mechanics of foreclosures, rehabbing properties, and dealing with contractors, getting homeowners to start paying their mortgages again, and ultimately selling the property. Because of this he has been able to accurately estimate rehab costs, and after repair value (ARV). As a licensed REALTOR, he brings over 35 years of accumulated sales experience, knowledge of building rapport, negotiating buying and selling agreements, buying, selling, and repairing real estate.
