it's none of your business what anyone else thinks of you.....this is my mantra when it comes to overcoming the doubt I always had about creating content for my audience. In fact, this stems all the way back to my days of working in radio when almost everyone around me professionally spent their time doubting and belittling me rather than supporting to the point I could succeed. As time went on I met amazing people and teams at places like Viking FM, York TV, Kick FM and Immedia Broadcasting who pushed me to be a better presenter, but how do you overcome that nobhead syndrome playing with your head?
