To many people come on to social media for their brand and / or business and believe that just because they don't use for example Snapchat, their audience also doesn't. The number of times I've heard the words "my audience isn't on facebook" come out of someones mouth is incredible, usually because they don't use the platform themselves. However, you need to forget how you're consuming content. The attention of the generation is on mobile phones, tablets and laptops all connected to the internet.....if you're not giving them value on those available platforms, your competition is, and you will more than likely lose in the long game.
