Today’s podcast is our first attempt at creating a Podcast Snippet.  We want to use these shorter podcast to share quickly, and hopefully succinctly, our thoughts on key topics or distinctions.  In today’s snippet we share the some of the numerous stories we tell ourselves and each other - some may even be true!Reflections: After listening to our snippet, take a few moments and consider the following questions:On a regular basis, what stories am I telling about myself?Do these stories seem true or false to you?   How can you tell the lies we tell ourself, from the truth?  Are you enjoying the stories you’re constantly telling yourself?   If you’d like to more consistently tell yourself stories that are true, how would you go about it?
