Gracen Flemming is 18, and is going to be a Freshman in college in just a few months. She shares her fitness experiences in this podcast, and the trials and errors in finding a balanced healthy mindset. She suffered from a blown out shoulder from pushing herself too much, and discovered how to re-prioritize from winning to helping out others around her.
