Building Better People

Vincent (31) and Rachel (27) Adams began their 6-week challenge together in November. They were coming into the program with different goals and different backgrounds. Vincent had a background as an elite gymnast but had slipped out of the workout routine and was struggling to find motivation to even go to the gym. Rachel was facing a difficult time emotionally and needed to dial in her eating habits. They both discovered a program that actually worked and a new community to plug into. Since they finished their challenge they have continued to workout, often times together, and this experience has connected them in a new way. You will be inspired by their fitness journey.
