Building Better People

Today I interview my daughter, Cate, who is about to turn seven. She was on the podcast two years ago before her 5th birthday and she was excited to give an update on all that has been going on in her fitness journey. She just started 1st grade and also moved up to level two of gymnastics. I am definitely a proud daddy and you will know why after listening to Cate on the podcast today. Enjoy!
