As Co-Founder and Owner of Pure Yoga and Pure Kitchen Amber has successfully built a brand that is known to Ottawa as not just a yoga studio and restaurant, but a lifestyle. Pure Yoga first opened their doors in 2012. In just 5 1/2 years Pure has grown into four studios, and soon to be three, Pure Kitchen Vegetarian Restaurants. Pure Yoga has recently expanded to Liberty Village in Toronto and has built a successful Online Yoga Studio, Pure Online. Ambers newest ventures include Ottawa’s hottest new bar and lounge, Charlotte and opening this past December a women’s clothing store called Tallow. As a Yoga Teacher Amber is in her 11th year of teaching has over 1000hrs of training hours in classical hatha yoga and vinyasa yoga. She has been the lead on Pure Yoga Ottawa’s 200hr Teacher Training since 2015.
