Aren’t ambiguous words like “cool” and “weird” kind of unhelpful in their ubiquity? Especially in terms of the power words can have on how depressed or anxious we feel? This was a pretty big way to round out the year for me; easily one of the most meaningful conversations I’ve ever had (let alone recorded). I’m hugely thankful to Nick for making time for me and setting the tone for a challenging and seriously impactful conversation about mental health.
