Vicki Abelson's Broadcast: The Road Taken

The show must go on… cause I’m a neurotic, Jew with OCD. L’Shana Tova! I hadn’t missed a BROADcast since starting, July 12th in 2016. When I found out late last night that our scheduled guest, Lainie Kazan, was under the weather, I thought I’d take my first Wednesday off and watch some TV… at about 6:10 pm tonight I realized I couldn’t do it. There are a core of lovely peoples who show up here each week, no matter who the guest, and what the hell, I decided to be here for youes, and for creature of habit, me, who struggles with change. I had such a lovely, relaxed time, sans agenda, just chatting with y’all. Don’t think there’s anything too important contained within… it was just… nice. Thanks for taking the ride with me and being so damn attentive and lovely. Shoutouts to the insanely wonderful and generous Zoe Moon, Rick Smolke, Nicole Venables, Anson Williams, Pete George, Crystal Husband, every artist who's lent their brilliant talents, and every beautiful soul who's shared the experience.
